Let's face it. Even though a lot of what canon!Bakugou did to Izuku didn't happen, the UA staff would not allow someone with such barbaric tendencies and behavior into UA, knowing that at best, he would pull a Leeroy Jenkins and get himself killed. At worst, he could potentially cause massive civilian and hero casualties.
