Part 2 will be set in The Edwardian Era

Later stories of the Sherlock Holmes canon are set around this era. It's possible that there will be a Time Skip again where Part 2 may start around Queen Victoria's death and the coronation of King Edward VII. This is also where we will see if William's plan has an effect in the long term given that this is the era where the welfare reforms by the Liberals and The Suffragette are introduced. This is also the era where World War I starts though this may happen later on in the story.
