The finale of at least one arc will lead to Arata giving Kuroe a Cooldown Hug

While it might seem odd, considering that it's usually his hugs that cause problems in the first place, Kuroe may eventually become comfortable enough with him that when she turns into a Kaiju and begins to start a rampage, Arata will be able to give her one of these.Honestly, there was already a sign of this in the Destiny Land Chapters; as Kuroe begins to go on a rampage, Arata grabbing her tail and being sweet on her ends up helping her calm down enough to at least untransform her hands.

The fact that it's so easy for her to transform into one and the fact that her mother has what appears to be the egg Kuroe hatched out of makes it seem as though she may not be human as a default form; her mother also refers to Arata as a "human male" when thinking about how things weren't working out between them. Rinko is trying to hide the fact that Kuroe and Harugon are the same Kaiju from Koutarou because he'll have to go after her

Koutarou clearly has some ties to the JSDF, and the timing of his arrival to Tokyo suggests that he was specifically called in to deal with the Harugon situation. When he says he'll be close by in chapter 8, Rinko is visibly tense about the situation. Clearly, if he figures out who Harugon actually is, it'll be a whole lot of trouble for the Akaishi family.That said, he's going to figure it out eventually. He can already tell that Harugon has the eyes of a lovestruck girl, and he's heard that Harugon has always appeared near Arata. It's only a matter of time.

Kuroe absorbed human DNA from her parents as she hatched out of her egg

I saw this one in some comments section or the other, but the theory goes that Kuroe either originally was or emerged as a little lizard baby, but her parents' contact made her transform into a human baby. It's either that or she hatch out as a half kaiju half human mini-baby, and that's the reason why she's short, or something.

Telling Minami about her transformations will actually reduce the number of transformations she has

The people she's close to in her life that actually know about her transformations don't elicit her transformations; once she's comfortable enough to tell Minami about her transformations, she'll also be comfortable enough to stop transforming around him all the damn time.

Kuroe's horns are the same as her hair

Hair is made of Keratin, but so are many other hard structures on animal bodies. it's very possible that part of the transformation fuses the hair together.
