Liana knows about the supernatural due to her father.
  • In the canon her father hails from, he made a contract with an immortal pizza-loving witch. Even if that can't be replicated in the setting directly, it opens up a very solid reason as to why she picks up the oddities of Izuku's Power.
  • 'Cera' is mentioned by Liana in chapter 37, which is commonly used as C.C/the pizza-loving witch's real name. If she is actually a supernatural being or just human isn't clear though.
    • Confirmed on chapter 47. According to Liana, her parents are friends with a immortal pizza-loving witch.

Liana Kozuki has aunts and uncles on her paternal side she doesn't talk that much, if at all.
  • The odds of there actually being a Holy Britannian Empire are a bit slim in the setting, but it isn't hard to see that there is still a really big family with members named Cornelia, Euphemia, Charles, etc. As she has her mother's last name is likely there are some issues there. Though odds are she does know her aunt Nunnally quite well.

Shoto is a girl.
  • Because this is a thing that happens a lot for some reason. Though it isn't just a case of Shoto dressing as a guy: Endeavor gets a lot of crap in fics and doing some sort of magical gender hubbub is not beyond such things.
    • Foreshadowed by Aika's comment about there being 11 guys in 1-A and Shoto having an interesting reaction after the Quirk-free fight with Izuku.
    • Confirmed, though why this isn't exactly public knowledge isn't clear yet.

Liana either inherits Demonic Bone from her mother or is a Quirk mutation a la Eri.
  • If Zero is Lelouch vi Britannia with a Quirk it is going to be something eye-based. Demonic Bone could be some counterpart to how the Guren Mark 2 fights (with 'demonic' coming from Zero), but it's just as likely that Guren's quirk is radiation-based from the radiant wave surger. It's also possible that the bone Quirk is something more common in Zero's likely distant, very messed up family.
    • Jossed, Zero's Quirk is Bone Control (can control the bones of others), while Kallen has Demonic Claws (can turn her right arm into a demon's claw, which can generate heat energy that burns or melts anything it touches), making Demonic Bone a fusion of the two Quirks.

Shinso is a fan of Zero.
  • Zero is the number 4 hero with a mind control quirk. Shinso will see him as an inspiration due to their similar quirks.
    • Confirmed - when Liana asks Shinso if he wants to join her Cavalry team, he asks for Zero's autograph as his price.
    • Jossed for the mind control bit, however, as Zero's Quirk lets him control the bones of other people. Shinso's likely a fan because Zero looks villainous while being a hero.

Polygamy is practiced in some places in the human world.
  • Beyond Izuku legalities it is not unlikely that Liana has a lot of aunts and uncles via this (if not a hundred and seven-step grandmothers). Heck given Code Geass Liana having an additional mom or two (say Shirley) is not impossible.
    • And at least confirmed to some extent, with the reveal of an older half-sister in UA. The details of it beyond are not defined.

Azazel will give Bakugo an artificial Sacred Gear.
  • To even the score with Izuku on Bakugo's end and 'because it would be amusing' for Azazel.

The European War that Giselle was a part of involved the story's version of the Holy Britannian Empire
  • Jossed, based on the fact that the Holy Britannian Empire does not exist per Word of God.

Izuku will mistake Guren/Kallen Kozuki for Liana's sister like he did with Rias's mother

  • Or at least someone will make a similar mistake.

Izuku will win the sports festival and defeat Bakugo during it

  • The way the story is going suggests this is the most likely outcome.
    • Jossed: Bakugo looks set to get to the second round and be beaten by Todoroki who would be Izuku's final opponent at the final round.
      • Further Jossed when Bakugo loses to Hatsume in the first round.

Stain consuming devil blood doesn't go as well for him.
Either no effect or it makes him sick.
  • Jossed. Izuku being a devil does not seem to affect Stain's Quirk.

Toga is similarly not going to handle devil blood that well

Shirley Fenette is the stay-at-home mom in her family

  • With Lelouch and Kallen as top heroes and her canon self not being a fighter, it seems like a sensible choice on her part. She probably has help in this matter with either Nunnally or possibly even Sayoko.

Shirley has more kids than Kallen does

  • In one of the Code Geass picture dramas Shirley implied she wanted 9 sons with Lelouch. Even if she doesn't have that many, it is possible she is just able to have more kids than Kallen due to lifestyle choices.

Izuku will intern with Zero and or Kallen

This will have one of several effects.

  1. Establish any counterpart to C.C and Geass contracts in their backstories
  2. Elaborate on the European War mentioned
  3. Have Izuku get an idea of what a polygamous household might be like
  4. Do more active shipping of himself and Liana

Some potential reasons include:

  1. Izuku's plan with the headbands caught Zero's attention.
  2. He pulls off a move so much like the Radiant Wave Surger equivalent of the verse that it catches Guren's attention.
  3. His fight with Liana sets off so much shipping vibes that the two recruit him to actually make sure their daughter can find a guy, much to her embarrassment.
  4. Zero and Guren (or possibly Shirley) pick up on Izuku's bubbling up harem problems and want to give him some advice on how to handle more than one girl. This will lead to Izuku avoiding the communications hiccup that Issei and Rias had over the trauma Raynare caused to him, or an equivalent to it.

  • Jossed. Izuku is interning with Ryukyu - although, Zero and Guren meet Izuku when Ryukyu and the two of them are assigned to hunt down the Hero Killer.

Shirley and Kallen are Lelouch's only wives

The Holy Britannian Empire has something to do with time travel

  • U.N.I.T is in place of S.H.I.E.L.D because there is something timey-wimey going on, and of all of the pieces in the story the possible H.B.E is the biggest odd piece. Time travel may be involved.
    • Jossed. Word of God in chapter 36 makes it clear that the Holy Britannian Empire does not exist nor timey-wimey antics are involved. UNIT is just a replacement for S.H.I.E.L.D mixed with the Hero Association.

All Might will be reincarnated as an Angel

Other students in U.A will be Angel reincarnations a la Irina

The majority of students not currently devils in Izuku's harem will remain human

  • To keep things a bit more distinct.

All for One will develop Nomus with Rook, Bishop, and Knight attributes

  • If he really wants to capture a devil and shake him or her down for evil pieces he probably can. Heck, he did have a Phenex to experiment on...

The reason Shoto/Shoko keeps her gender a secret...

Reasons include:

  1. Endeavor being worse than he is in canon and thus doesn't want his 'successor' to be a girl.
  2. Some extreme reaction to his canon traumas up to and possibly including rejecting any title from her father (including daughter) and trying to distance herself from the burning incident.
  3. Wanting to ensure that Momo could get in if there were only two slots for female recommendation students.
  4. People thought she was a boy and she never corrected them.
  5. She likes watching the guys changing.
  6. Shoto is non-binary and just prefers guys clothes.
  7. U.A itself asked her to pretend to be a guy as part of a subtle test for students to spot infiltrators and hidden details. The slip ups on occasion are part of the test and deliberate.
  • 1 and 7 can be discarded, since the text indicates that Shoto is doing this out of her own will and the teachers are baffled that she's keeping her true gender a secret.
  • 2 is possible, but runs into the problem that she admits to being Endeavor's child.
  • 3 makes little sense since she didn't know Momo until they were in U.A. and there's no indication that the recommendation slots are always half for each gender.
  • 5 is unlikely: Shoto is mentioned to always wait until everyone else is done to get changed, and her first sign of interest in a boy is after her hand-to-hand fight with Izuku.
  • 6 would not mean that she would be automatically considered "male" for the school.
  • Endeavor guesses she doesn't feel comfortable being around other girls because she subconsciously associates them with her mother ever since the attack that caused her scar. After the internships, Shoko begins using the girls' lockers but waits until the others are done before going in and changing her clothes.

Potential Kozuki-Fenette family dynamics

If we do spend some time with them the following may or may not happen.

  1. Aunt Nunnally will be wheelchair bound but be able to see, with possible mention of her having lost it before. While very possible she is 100% sweet and kind it is possible she'll have a more subtle cunning side that may even match Lelouch. This can range from being Zero and Guren's very effective manager to masterfully setting up Liana and Izuku.
  2. Guren and Zero are partners with Brains and Brawn in their hero job: Lelouch is very intelligent but the odds he suddenly lost his canon Squishy Wizard status is low and thus the two function with him being the planner and the guy to handle subtle situations while Kallen beats up the stuff as applicable. She is very adamant she is not Lelouch's sidekick and the two have a friendly banter over the two swapping positions in the leaderboards. (Confirmed in Chapter 44)
  3. Regardless of the exacts of Lelouch's past, Lelouch does want to be a better father than his own was to him. All of his children know this regardless of any exacts (for example even if Lelouch is often busy they do not have a chip on their shoulder about it).
  4. Because Code Geass has an incest page and the Sitri siblings have Serafall and Sonia's antics it is quite possible at least one duo of siblings, exact parentage debatable, have something going on. This could also cover Lelouch and Nunnally though this pairing is highly controversial so the author may step away from it.
  5. Liana and Cynthia have younger siblings that look at them with the upmost respect and reverence. Izuku will note this and compare it to Ingenium and Sirzech's own younger siblings. This may be relevant if the internship covers the same time and the Ingenium drama is ongoing.
  6. It is a toss-up if 'Aunt Milly and Cera' are romantic members of the family or friends, or if Sakura is Cynthia's friend or another sibling.
  7. : The Sakura Cynthia mentions could be either a sister (perhaps a Kaguya daughter, or another Kozuki, though she'd probably be older than Liana) or a friend of Cynthia.

The Kiba x Izuku doujin talk mentioned at Aldera will return
  • If Issei couldn't get away from it neither could Izuku, who has a lot better known guys around him. There will be mention of a Izuku and male harem doujin (including Bakugo) and it will be mortifying for Izuku. At least one girl in his harem orbit, however, will want to find it for her own use...

Potential other crossover characters and roles

Because why not at this rate...

  • Jaune Arc: A Beacon student who would mirror Izuku. This may or may not include being revived by a devil, having tremendous power unlocked, and the formation of a harem that baffles them.
  • Pyrrha Nikos: A Greek girl who moves to study at Beacon and is either Jaune's girlfriend or the Rias to his Izuku.
  • Peter Parker: A Beacon or other American student in the international competition.
  • Kamala Khan: See above.
  • Ben Tennyson (Alien Force to Omniverse esc): Another possible American student. The Omnitrix may or may not be the same or some sort of really busted Sacred Gear.
  • Blake Belladona: Either a Cat-like Quirk student of Beacon or a Nekomata like Koneko.
  • Arturia Pendragon: Relative or ancestor of Arthur and Le Fey Pendragon. May or may not be in modern times due to magical this and that.
  • Aku: Seeing as Jack was referenced perhaps Aku will be tied into the Lilith/Ophis/primordial being elements of the story Aku may even be tied to the origins of Devils, though I am sure this is not considered a good thing by many involved.
  • Demongo: A 'proto-devil' of ages long past that seeks to go back to an age before Devils.
  • Alucard: Also referenced it may be that 'ownership' of Alucard transferred to the Sorcerer Supreme from Integra at some point. if Alucard enters the plot, it will involve Gasper. Gasper will probably not like it.
  • Seras Victoria: An alternate possibility to the above. May even be the 'not Izuku' love interest to Mizu the author hinted at. Less horrible for Gasper.
  • Suzaku Kururugi: Could easily be Lelouch's best friend on the force, or a former friend turned villain if the author is not kind to the guy. Koneko may be tempted to bite his hand on sight despite her best efforts to not do so.
  • Light Yagami: A Japanese Villain that Zero has dealt with before. An infamous serial killer who used a Sacred Gear version of the Death Note, if not the Death Note itself.
  • Marinette Dupain-Cheng: A French hero student in the international competition. May have both a Quirk and a Sacred Gear as a version of her miraculous powers.
  • Adrien Agreste: See above.
  • Charlie Magne: Probably renamed as Charlie Lucifer though Magne could be an alias, she'd be Vali's great aunt, Rizivem's sister, and a nice Satan descendent. May or may not mother Vali. Could be either in a state of suspended animation like Ingvild or just share devilish youthful looks.
  • Percy Jackson: A Greek Demigod and American hero student.
  • Magnus Chase: A Norse Demigod and American hero student.
  • Anos Voldigoad: A half-devil/lowborn devil whose power level is so astounding he is considered a Satan candidate. He is loved by the more liberal devils (like the Satans) but the more conservative devils like the Baels distrust him. May be associated with pro half-devil 'Unitarians', along with Sairaorg Bael.
  • Misha and Sara Necron: Two devils associated with Anos.
  • Eda Clawthorne: A powerful but unaligned witch.
  • Luz Noceda: Eda's enthusiastic apprentice. May or may not be a Hero Student while taking independent lessons from Eda.
  • Charles Zi Britannia: Lelouch's father and Liana's grandfather, a mob boss who was known as the 'Emperor of the Underworld' and a former rival of All for One. Most likely dead at the hands of Lelouch.
  • Cornelia Li Britannia: Lelouch's older sister and Liana's aunt, an enforcer of her father's criminal empire and known as a 'Witch'.
  • Euphemia Li Britannia: Lelouch's younger sister and Liana's aunt, the nice one of their family's criminal empire. If she's alive she is the only one Lelouch would willingly associate his family with and possibly married to Suzaku, if she's dead it is tied to him and keeps their family feud going.
  • Clovis La Britannia: Lelouch's older brother and Liana's uncle. An artist and criminal, better at the former than the latter. Likely dead by Lelouch's hand.
  • Eren Yeager: A foreigner Underground Hero who is working with Zero on exposing the HSPC. Former student of Paradis Academy, one of Europe's most prestigious hero schools and married to Pro Heroes Mikasa Ackerman/Olympia and Krista Lenz/Historia. He may be a UNIT agent, or simply another hero who is tired of the corrupt system and wants people to be free from it. His quirk, "Titan", like Ryukyu's, allows him to become a giant beast humanoid of the size of a building. He took the last name of one of his wives, either Ackerman or Lenz and his hero name is Attack Hero: Jaeger, which means "hunter" in German.
  • Mikasa Ackerman: An underground hero, one of Lelouch and Kallen's closest friends and Eren's first wife. After meeting during a foreign students exchange in high school, both fell in love and got married. Not long afterwards Mikasa found out Krista also had feelings for both Eren and herself, followed Kallen's example and allowed Krista join their relationship. She was the one to convince Eren to work with Zero and Guren to take down the Hero Commission. Her quirk, "Switchblade", allows her to create blades from her arms, combined with her superhuman reflexes makes her one the deadliest heroes in Japan. Her hero name is Sword Hero: Olympia, which was a nickname her aunt and adoptive mother Kuchel had in her teenage years. Maybe related to Ackerman Makoto.
  • Krista Lenz: One of Eren's former classmates in Paradis Academy and his second wife. Her quirk "Clairvoyance" allows her see past events when she makes contact using both of her hands and causes her eyes to change from bright blue to amethyst purple. Her hero name is Hindsight Hero: Historia.
  • Jasmine Lee: A elderly human woman who serves as a magical guardian for many years, recently finding a successor in her granddaughter Juniper.
  • Kai Yee: One of Jasmine's predecessors from the era of the Great War who sought and nearly succeeded in obtaining control of all magical energies to end the Great War and all other threats to humanity in one go. Somewhat egotistic. Currently a jade statue who'd likely be freed by mistake.
  • Satoru Gojo: A teacher from Shiketsu Academy with deep knowledge of the supernatural. His quirk, Infinity, gives him power to control the space around him. His Sacred Gear, Six Eyes, gives him superhuman perception. He is an old ally of the Gremory family.
  • Shinra Kusakabe: A young hero in training whose Quirk lets him shoot fire from his feet, allowing him incredible mobility and offensive power. He's interning with the Fire Fighting Hero Agency 'Section Eight' and believes his baby brother was taken by a mysterious organization. Would have reason to believe it to be related to the Devils or Church.
  • Arthur Boyle: A hero in training or member of The Church whose incredible skills with a blade grow even stronger as his sense of reality grows more detached. Strangely competent.
  • Maki Oze: One of the sidekicks at Section Eight. Her Quirk allows her to control fire already generated, which she often uses to create 'familiars'. Muscular.
  • Spirit Albarn: A hero in America who has achieved great fame with his Quirk 'Death Scythe', but he has a bit of a reputation of being a bit of a perv. His daughter is annoyed with him.
  • Maka Albarn: Daughter of one of America's most popular heroes, who she is a bit grumpy towards, but she does love him deep down. After all, why else does she partner with a fellow hero student who can turn into a similar weapon? Half Japanese and competing in the international hero tournament.

Momo and Kyouka will double team to get Izuku's attention
  • Seeing as the two are already in a relationship and seem to be moving in mutual Izuku flirting, it is probable they won't compete with the other and seek to 'nab him for both of themselves. This will in turn lead to a general movement in the girls deciding that the best means of getting Izuku is to work together and not against each other. This will, of course, make Izuku's life more interesting.

We will get a bit of insight into how Rias's family is like than canon has it
  • Per canon her father has a harem that her mother manages but we never see it. The fic may detail a bit more on the dynamics in part to explain how Rias might handle certain situations, up to and including Momo and Kyoko moving in a Izuku-sharing duo instead of against each other or Izuku getting advice from Lelouch and applying it either intentionally to a harem effect or in a 'please stop fighting over me' effect.

Shoto will not join the harem

Milia will move into the Midoriya household

Of the harem girls, she has the most logical path towards it. She doesn't have a family to live with like Kyoka or Mina, she is attracted to Izuku, and Kudelia would probably approve it to mess with Rias or for 'political reasons'.

Some potential Milia-based plot points

  1. Succubi were created specifically as The Oldest Profession for devils when the devils were created by the original Lucifer. Because they were made specifically to be Succubi and Incubi they are considered lower-class devils and elitist devils like the Original Satan descendants look down on them almost like reincarnated devils.
    1. Confirmed - Milia explains this after she gets caught kissing Izuku in the hospital.
  2. Milia had, prior to the series, looked into ways to possibly help Izuku become a hero without a quirk. This could be as minor as asking Kudelia to reincarnate him to looking for ways to give him a Sacred Gear or something crazier.
  3. Milia dreamed of carrying Izuku in the air as she flew him around before he was reincarnated.
  4. Like her unspoken inspiration in Rosario + Vampire, Milia would become more powerful when she and Izuku have a relationship upgrade and she can in turn be powered by love and or lust fulfilled with him.
  5. Those who ship her and Izuku include Pony, Kudelia, and Bakugo.

Itsuka Kendo isn't fully human or human at all

She mentioned getting the chills around shrines and churches, which is something that happens a lot with devils, though she might not necessarily be one. She may be (aware or not of the fact)...

  • A human-devil hybrid.
    • Confirmed. When Lailah cuts her and licks her blood, she realizes she isn't entirely human. Lailah's spears of light give Itsuka the instinct to run away, and when someone says "God" she gets a headache like the other devils.
  • A human-fallen angel hybrid.
  • A Demigod a la the Rick Riordan staple of books, pantheon to be determined.

Kudelia comes from a low-ranking devil family
The Dantalions, in the traditional list of the 72 pillars, is the second to last. Their ranking, at least on the wiki list of them, is below that of the Beliah family, which in canon was actively described as being fairly poor, politically weak, etc. Her annoyance at the Crimson-haired Princess of Destruction's ability to go for 'quality over quantity' may be less about the raw power as it is the notoriety, fame, and prosperity that brings.
  • Possible as the Gremory, Sitri, and Phenex families were the only ones that kept their traditional ranks.

Eri has been taken in by the Grigori
They collect powerful and interesting quirk users, and Eri's quirk is not only extremely powerful, but she's in the underworld (of crime) and she'd be in a better place with Azazel than Overhaul by a long shot. Eri's pseudo-little sister antics could even play into Momo if Baraqiel is involved in raising Eri.
  • Jossed: much like her canon self, it was Overhaul that took her in - and experimented on her, just to get the Quirk-erasing bullets.

Iida will find out that the ORC is formed by devils
With the beginning of the Hero Killer arc, Ingenium ends up being crippled the same way as his canon self, and Tenya has not taken it well... but he may remember that Ibara has what appears to be a healing Quirk that works on anything, so he might ask her if she can heal Tensei, or will just find one of the fliers Rias' Peerage delivers and make some desperate begging, causing him to recognize whoever answers to his request.
  • Jossed, as Recovery Girl brings both Ibara and her intern Rosalba to heal Tensei, without Rias getting involved.
  • He does find out after the fight with Stain, as Izuku and Milia end up having to fess up on the matter.

There's gonna be expies of the entire Newspaper Club sans Tsukune
With Milia being based on Kurumu and Fuyuko based on Mizore, it wouldn't be a stretch to think the other members of the club would get expies themselves. It helps that, with the exception of Fang-Fang (A Yaksha), all of their species do exist in DXD. And the other Newspaper Club members were a pair of vampire sisters (Moka and Kokoa), a werewolf (Ginei), and two witches (Yukari and Ruby). And if you want to be technical, their advisor was a Nekomusume (Nekonome) and their graduated former president was a Siren (San). At the very least a Moka expy seems likely if only to complete the trinity.

Gasper will be made into the expy of Moka

Being a Devil essentialy will negate OFA's lifeforce draining
At worse it would shave a couple years off of a Thousands years long lifespan.

Nighteye does not hate Izuku for having One For All, at least not to the same degree as seen in canon
As revealed in chapter 49, he and Mirio had a "difference of opinion" sometime prior, with the implication being based on Mirio turning down OfA as established during the USJ arc, and it was apparently enough for Mirio to intern with another Pro. As such, most of Nighteye's ire is directed to Mirio for being the one who "invalidated" his training to become the 9th Torchbearer. At worst he'll see Izuku as a case of beggers can't be choosers

The Meta Liberation Army will help the Guild in their war against the Armed Detective Agency.
The Agency is currently being targeted by the MLA following their interefence and arrest of their mole in the Yokohama police. If Re-Destro finds out that the Guild is after Atsushi, they might help the American organization in their quest to fight the Agency, even indirectly.

All for One crossed paths with the Gremory family at some point in the past.
When All Might reveals the truth behind One for All to the ORC, Rias mentions that the story of a man capable of stealing quirks sounds familiar. Maybe All for One fought against one of the Satans, maybe even Sirzechs, and that's how the villain found out about the supernatural world.

Thor will be based on the Marvel Universe version
Even if Odin is based on his DxD incarnation, Thor could be more along the lines of the comics, since Doctor Strange has already debuted and the Wrecking Crew are well known as foes of Thor. Besides, Thor is already a rather minor character in the DXD-verse when compared to Odin, Fenrir and especially Rossweisse, so him based on the Marvel version wouldn't hurt.

Izuku's dragon ancestor is still alive and could make an appearance
Dragons in the DxD-verse are stated to be immortal unless they're killed, even lesser ones, so even though Vali said Izuku's ancestor is likely an average dragon, there are plenty of draconic beings in mythologies from all over the world that could have sired a child with a human.

Atsushi Nakajima's Beast Beneath the Moonlight will be related to Byakko the White Tiger
Yosano has mentioned it's not a Quirk, so either is a Sacred Gear or he can use the power of one of the Four Beasts. And if he's related to Byakko Shinra of the Shinra clan, then he's distantly related to Tsubaki Shinra of the Student Council.

Azazel will give artificial Sacred Gears not just to the Student Council, but the U.A. students as well
If the aspiring heroes want to aid Izuku and company against the Khaos Brigade, the Evil Dragons and the Qlippoth, then a power up will be very useful.
