Timothy's going to go after Billie sometime in the near future.
Sure, Billie's a star now, but she was still threatened by Tim, and informed by Dice of the deal he made with him over her contract, and now Dice is dead. Billie can easily point to Timothy as the suspect in the murder, and produce the motive in the form of her contract, which still belongs legally to him. Since Timothy has shown to have no qualms about taking a life if it means tying up a loose end, it's unsettling to say that Billie is probably not in the clear as long as her former producer is still roaming the streets.
