In the background of some episodes of Fangbone!, there's an old lady who appears in the background of some episodes of Atomic Puppet (see here)
, so maybe Eastwood is set in the same general region as Mega City.
Also, Atomic Puppet has a character named Princess War Tickle whose appearance and warrior-princess character feels quite at home in Skullbania, with her duty being to protect the multiverse, so maybe she came to Earth just like Fangbone did (especially since the show has established there are multiple ways to get to Earth from Skullbania). Also, Atomic Puppet features a minor recurring villain in the form of an alligator-warrior-man who looks a lot like he could be one of Venomous Drool's monsters (the characters in Atomic Puppet are also unable to recognize him as any known supervillain in his debut, suggesting he isn't from Earth, or even their universe).
