All Might and Bakugo will still lose and meet a Fate Worse than Death.

• Even if All Might and Bakugou return to challenge him again, Midoriya will still be powerful and defeat them. However instead of killing them, he turn them into his pawns. They'll serve him loyally all the while their real consciousness are trapped inside their own minds.

Iida will genuinely perform a Face–Heel Turn

• Given the Pro Heroes' track record of succeess, they most likely will cause Iida to turn on them, most likely due to unintentionally harmed Ingenium or one of his family members.

More characters will join Apotheosis's Knights of Balance

• Mina Ashido: After witnessing Bakugou's true colors and U.A.'s refusal to punish him, she'll join Apotheosis to ensure no one else suffers this treatment.
• Hitoshi Shinso: Having taking the brunt of bullying, he'll join Apotheosis and most likely be integral in creating the Mind Stone.
• Kota Izumi: He'll join Izuku because he sees him more of a hero than any of the current heroes.
• Lady Nagant: Izuku will probably find out about her after digging through the HPSC's classified files. He recruits Nagant and have her testify against the HSPC. She may replace Iida should he leaves the Knights of Balance.

Izuku will create the Mind Stone to handle One For All.

Now that he's aware that the previous One For All users are trying to prevent him access to the power, Izuku would decide to create a new stone in hopes to enforce his will onto them.

Izuku will Use Eri to upgrade the Time Stone.

Izuku's long term plan

He'll try to figure out how to create and destroy quirks so he can truly decide who deserves to be super or not.

Eri refuses to join Mirio because he wants to hurt Izuku

Afterall, Izuku has done nothing but be kind to her so it'll take a lot more than "He's a Bad Guy" speech to convince her.

The Heroes will inadvertently invoke Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

While Night Eye did warn that Mirio should keep Eri away from Midoriya but what both men don't realize is that they failed to understand what the vision meant; They think that Midoriya will use Eri for sinister purposes but in actuality, Eri is Izuku's Morality Pet and is the reason why Midoriya is becoming more softer on his approach towards heroes. If they kidnap Eri, either the Hero Public Safety Commision, League of Villains or Meta Liberation might either take Eri or kill her. In consequence, this will enrage Izuku to the point he becomes more ruthless than he was before.
