Swindler is the one controlling the Black Cat
Think about it. It just makes sense.
  • Jossed: it's a boy inside Shinkansen vault.

Future episodes will focus on the Akudama's backstories
There will be episodes that show the early years of the Akudamas and how they became the high ranking criminals they are today.
  • Jossed: None of the episode focus on their backstories. We only get a few moments of Courier's backstory in Episode 11.

There is a Judas among the Akudamas
The Greek Chorus segment in Episode 3 focused on the Execution Division and how some officers take on undercover assignments in order to root out Akudama activity. Given this new piece of info, there's a high chance that there's a potential mole who will hinder the plans of the group.
  • Confirmed: Doctor is the traitor.

The Sniper Akudama was either killed or will make an appearance.
  • Jossed: He doesn't appear at all.

The opening foreshadows the fates of the main cast
There's a sequence that shows most of the main cast in defeat. So most likely only a few of the main characters might actually survive at the end of the show.
  • And this foreshadow did confirm the fate of Brawler after his fight with the Master on the bridge.
  • It's confirmed that the opening foreshadowed the fates the main cast. So far, Cutthroat is in the same kneeling position and in the same room where Swindler defeats him. Hoodlum overlaps with Doctor, referencing when Hoodlum slashes Doctor's throat and when she gets trampled by the crowd of people at the Shinkansen station. Hacker is shown suspended in midair with his arms and legs appearing to be digitally torn off, referencing how his digital body was destroyed when saving Brother and Sister from Kanto.

The blonde Executioner from the opening will be similar to Cutthroat.
The three Executioners (Master, Pupil, Boss) have been portrayed as level-headed, moralistic and serious when it comes to their jobs. To contrast their personalities, the blond will have a twisted, childish nature that will make them even more dangerous and deadlier than the other three. He'd also be something of a Godzilla Threshold as Boss ordered every and all Executioners to hunt down the Akudamas. And once they fail, he'll step in to finish the job.
  • Jossed, he’s just a scared rookie.

Alternatively, the blonde Executioner is the real Swindler.
Assuming there's no plot twist coming about Ordinary Girl being Swindler all along, it would be a waste not to have our Swindler meet and perhaps face off the real one at some point. The blonde Executioner is the last main character introduced. We don't even know his nickname yet (which might be so that he's only known as the Swindler to the viewer). Given his lack of role for now, something big is likely coming to justify him being among the main characters, and likely something that will make him Walking Spoiler, considering his late debut in the show. During his short screentime that he's received so far, he came off as a rather inexperienced Executioner. Obfuscating Stupidity anyone? Furthermore, the real Swindler could likely be hiding among the Executioners, playing for both sides or neither side (or just his own).
  • Jossed as stated above.
