Super Thursday Night Funkin' contains examples of:

  • Combat Pragmatist:
    • When she reveals her true nature as a Missing No, Chansilla starts attacking Boyfriend constantly during Tofu, using Ice Beam to freeze him to death, using Metronome to block the player's view with her finger and even healing herself to lower your HP.
    • During "Blood Shot", Shadow will constantly attempt to shoot at Boyfriend with his gun, requiring you to press the spacebar to dodge his bullets.
  • Death by Adaptation: In Mewtwo and Chansilla's original battle, Mewtwo was cursed by Chansilla's incurable venom and thrown into the river of his cave, however he was still left alive as an example of Cruel Mercy from Chansilla. Here, however, he was explicitly vaporized by Chansilla before the cutscene before "Tofu".
  • Eldritch Abomination: Chansilla as usual, although here it's much more explicit than in canon. She first starts her song looking like a relatively normal Chansey, but then she reveals her powers as a Missing No by growing a realistic human hand, glitching reality around herself while making different forms of Missing No grow out of her back along with ominous glowing floating eyeballs and warping Mewtwo's cave to turn its river's water into blood.
  • Interface Screw:
    • During "Tofu", Chansilla will occasionally use Metronome to block the player's view of incoming notes.
    • During "Silver Style", Silver will often move around the player's notes around the screen with his telekinesis to try to "troll" Boyfriend.
  • Kill It with Ice: How Chansilla tries to kill Boyfriend during "Tofu" with the use of Ice notes.
  • Nightmare Face: Right before singing "Tofu", Chansilla smiles at Boyfriend with her face turning extremely detailed, getting a Ghostly Gape with a Slasher Smile and her eyes turning black with white pupils.
  • Not Enough to Bury: Chansilla seems to be very prone to inducing this trope on her victims. During the cutscene right before Tofu, it's shown that she completely vaporized Mewtwo's body after defeating him, and during Devil in Pink, when she starts killing Todstul's Pokémons by shooting Beams at them, their bodies are seemingly completely destroyed, with the only remnant of them being nothing but puddles of blood with their respective accesories.
  • Stylistic Suck: Mayros Snog in its entirety. All of its sprites look like they were horribly scribbled, its background is a badly edited screenshot taken from a cellphone with the volume settings visible and the charting on Mayro's side is completely bloated. However, the quality of the song is another story.
