Dead Reckoning is a hidden object game series developed by Eipix Entertainment from 2014 to 2017.

You are thrust in the midst of whodunit mysteries in which a person of interest has been murdered, and you have to solve the case. Of course, it wouldn't be that simple, as there's always the chance the number of victims will increase, and it's a race to catch the killer before it's too late.

The games listed in order:

  • Silvermoon Isle
  • Brassfield Manor
  • The Crescent Case
  • Broadbeach Cove
  • Death Between the Lines
  • Snowbird's Creek
  • Sleight of Murder
  • Lethal Knowledge

Not to be confused with the film of the same name.

Dead Reckoning suspects these examples:

  • Everyone Is a Suspect: Being a whodunit mystery genre, the characters involved will be suspected of the crime until proven otherwise.
  • Sherlock Scan: One of the gameplay mechanics is having you examine potential suspects to determine whether or not they're telling truth.

    Silvermoon Isle
  • Blackmail: Dr. May attempted to do this to Vivian because he knew of her wrongdoings. She gets rid of him so he wouldn't spill the beans.
  • Frame-Up: Thomas Hart attempted to set Evelyn up as the culprit because of her tendencies to steal people's possessions and selling them. It didn't work.
  • Good Stepmother: If Sylvia's word is anything to go on, Veronica loved her like her own daughter.
  • Lady in Red: Vivian is seen wearing a red dress, and she manipulated Hart into helping her with her goals before leaving the island.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: When Vivian finds out her sister actually cared about her the whole time, she is horrified at how badly she misunderstood.
  • Sibling Murder: Vivian killed her own sister because she was jealous of her success.
