Bx: Execute is a sequel to the OFF fangame Continue/Stop/Rise, developed by M-256. Bx: Execute was developed in RPG Maker VX Ace, the full version being released in September 2016 and available for download here. Unlike the original games, this one is a Beat 'em Up instead of an RPG.

This game follows the adventures of the lovable Ghost Batter from the previous game, and his quest to defeat a species known as Harbingers from wreaking havoc on the neighboring files.

Bx: Execute contains examples of:

  • Ascended Extra: Both normal and inverted. KNO3 goes from being a minor anti-hero to selling weapons and skills, while Photographelsen goes from being met once per zone to serving as the game's Save function, and being revealed as a minor antagonist in the last leg of the game.
  • Bag of Spilling: Inverted. Ghost Batter begins the game at level 50, though with brand new equipment not available in the prequel.
  • Dream Sequence: Flashbacks to Ghost Batter's previous life as Black Batter only increase in frequency the closer you get to the end of the game; with Bx:E at its core being about him as a character and all.
  • Show Within a Show: During one of Black Batter's flashbacks, Panic in Ballville makes a return in the form of a low-bit handheld console game.
  • Tranquil Fury: Near the end of the game, in Lepi's realm, Ghost Batter fights all subsequent battles almost completely silent.
