Trivia / Young Samson and Goliath

• Edited for Syndication: Episodes of the show were originally shown in broken up segments, sandwiched by other programs sponsored by General Mills. In syndication, the segments were put back together.
• Hey, It's That Sound!: Two from The War of the Worlds (1953).
  • "Nerod": When one of Nerod's gladiatorial robots fires sword blades at Samson the "skeleton beam" sound can be heard.
  • "From Out of the Deep": When the alien sensor units fire on Samson and Goliath the sound is the "skeleton beam" firing. The sensor units units attached to the feet of the alien ship use the "electronic rattlesnake" warmup noise of the heat ray.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Six episodes of the show were destroyed. General Mills got rid of them so it could have the same number of episodes as The Space Kidettes for syndication.
