• Approval of God: kiwiquest praised of a fan-made D-Sides remix of "Guy".
• Ascended Fanon: Shortly after the original release of Vs. OURPLE GUY, Zeroh composed a fan song for the mod, "Golden". kiwiquest approached them to officially include it in the mod, and Zeroh even composed a new version just for it.
  • Like Golden, the fan song Dismantle composed by MarStarBro was remixed and officially added in the V3 update as the final song in Ourple Guy's week.
• Development Gag: Bonnie and Chica were planned to sing in "Bite", but were ultimately cut. In the remastered version of "Bite" from kiwiquest's Mewmix album, the two get their own sections alongside the rest of the animatronics, with Bonnie playing his guitar and Chica banging pots and pans in the kitchen.
• Dummied Out: A cutscene depicting the ending of "Terminated" was left in the files, with Grace trying to console Brooke after Henry's death, stating that "There was nothing left for him". Due to "Terminated" no longer being part of the main story mode, this cutscene goes unused.
• Missing Episode: "Criminal" was removed in its entirety in V3 following controversy surrounding its work’s creator. The song is planned to be replaced by a Princess Quest-themed song in the future.
• Parody Assistance: In the mod's V3 update, QuietTomato, original creator of the series Springtrap and Mangle, made the sprites for "FazNews", which is based on the series.
• Promoted Fanboy: Many of the composers for V2, such as Case117, findjuno, and Zeroh, had composed fan remixes or fan songs before being brought on to officially work for the mod.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Following the release of V2, there were plans for "DLC" for the mod that would be released in later updates. It was decided to scrap the DLC barring four songs due to the team suffering from burnout and not getting much work done because of it. Of the scrapped songs, notable ones include a song for hoax character Sparky the Dog, a song where multiple versions of Purple Guy (including the one from Funkin' at Freddy's) play video games together, a song where an Ourple version of Sonic.exe tries to sing only to be constantly interrupted by Ourple Guy, and a song based off Five Nights at Fuckboy's where the player character is Fuckboy, an OC from another mod kiwiquest had composed for.
  • The video for the Mewmix album lists a few fun facts about the production behind the mod's songs:
    • Bonnie and Chica were supposed to sing in "Bite", but were ultimately left out for one reason or another.
    • "Man" was the original concept for "Showtime", before being repurposed for Gerald.
    • kiwiquest went through 4 different concepts for "Restless" before passing the song to Case117.
• Word of God: One of the fun facts in the Mewmix album video states that "Lore" wasn't created for Vs. Ourple Guy, and was originally just made as a joke after kiwiquest saw a video of "Chaos" being played over a Game Theory thumbnail.
