Art Evolution: Mondo TV filled a trademark registration for the Turtle Hero franchise in May 2000. The logo is composed of characters from the film, including what's most likely an early design of Imogen.
Keep Circulating the Tapes: Aside from the film in its original language, copies of the English print are almost impossible to find online.
Footage from the spin-off show in its native language is nowhere to find, as there haven't been DVD releases for it.
Magnum Opus Dissonance: Despite there being a lot of hope for the project to revive domestic animation in South Korea, the final film was poorly received. It doesn't help that My Neighbor Totoro and Shrek hit the screens around the same time.
Stillborn Franchise: The film's poor reception might explain the fact a planned sequel was never released.
What Could Have Been: The English dub was supposed to be distributed by CEO Films and August Entertainment across 500 theaters in the United States; it's most likely that plan wasn't implemented. On top of that, this dub was never properly released on home video, making it lost media and a case of No Export for You.
