- Milestone Celebration: In 2002, a "Special Ten Year Anniversary Edition" of the book was printed, featuring a dust jacket containing the lost story, "The Boy Who Cried Cow Patty". The Little Red Hen is also on the dust jacket, complaining about the celebration efforts and how the Stinky Cheese Man overshadowed her due to her story being neglected.
- Throw It In!: Originally, the Little Red Hen's rant on the back cover trailing off into Blah, Blah, Blah was placeholder text. More lines of dialogue were going to be written, but it was decided that this was probably funnier than any actual dialog.
