• Dueling Works: With A Quiet Place, another movie featuring a deaf main character and blind monsters that hunt by sound.
• Follow the Leader: It's pretty likely that the film was produced due to the success of the very similarly-themed A Quiet Place, but it should be noted that Tim Lebbon's source novel came out before that film and the movie had been on a shelf for a good while.
