- Approval of God: Lemon's Salt and Sacrifice and Grime challenge runs were both well received by their games developers. As particular thanks, both of their development teams gave something special to Lemon in their games in return.
- The former added an Easter Egg that would grant players a vegetable themed weapon and armor set, a reference to Lemon beating the game with only potatoes.
- The latter gave him a modded save file that not only allowed him to do a challenge run with the weakest weapon and armor in the game, but also replaced the main character's Unrealistic Black Hole head with The Backlog's signature knight helmet logo.
