- Celebrity Voice Actor: The English dub has Yvonne Strahovski of Chuck fame as Aya, Jensen Ackles of Supernatural fame as Kyle Magdigan, and Molly Quinn of Castle fame as Eve.
- Fake American: Australian Yvonne Strahovski as Japanese-American Aya Brea.
- Franchise Killer: As shown below, the game's not-too-stellar reception has pretty much put the Parasite Eve series in limbo, with little-to-no news on new games coming out as of 2022.
- Shrug of God: The response when asked why the SWAT team attacked Aya during her wedding in the first place.
- Stillborn Franchise: The game was clearly intended to be a soft reboot of the dormant Parasite Eve franchise. Given that nothing has been said about the franchise since the game's release, it failed.
- Underage Casting: The Japanese and English versions respectively have Maaya Sakamoto (b. 1980) and Yvonne Strahovski (b. 1982) as Aya Brea (b. 1972). And that's not even counting The Reveal that the player is actually controlling Eve doing a Grand Theft Me on Aya.
