Content Leak: coupled with Interface Spoiler. Apparently on Apple TV in certain regions, a closed captioning slip-up in this episode accidentally leaked a major spoiler to audiences with subtitles on by identifying the mysterious woman Jack is hearing in his head at the end. Showrunners were reportedly not happy, especially since this had already happened in a previous episode, spoiling that Vadic and her crew were changelings. Someone at the captioning place is getting fired.
