- Blooper: At the end of INTERLOPER 2, when Anomidae attempts to use the console to show the map triggers, before typing anything the box suggests a number of 'bind' commands related to showing server disconnection messages, which is how Anomidae made those messages appear a few seconds earlier.
- Creator-Driven Successor: To SOURCETALES, a much more lighthearted video series that also features the concept of various Source Engine games being linked via a mysterious glitch.
- Creator's Oddball: SKY//BOX is Anomidae's first attempt at a medium-blending horror series, with their previous works mostly being more comedic or cinematic in tone.
- Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: The FSKY Forum Ad video ends with a blocked out URL of FSKY's supposed website, revealing just enough to show that it has a .no domain. This led to a few followers of the series trying to brute force a search for the website to the level of trying to crack the server encryption measures on private websites. This forced Anomi to break character and confirm that FSKY's website doesn't exist at-present, and that there is no point in trying to find it.
