• Creator Backlash: While he doesn't outright hate the film, Brad Jones has gone on to state that he considered it to have the weakest of his performances. He's also said that, had the movie been written today, he wouldn't have made Mark the killer.
  • In the Midnight Screenings video of Frozen II, when Jerrid mentions that he still has his Paranoia script, Brad replies "Ew, burn it."
• What Could Have Been: The original opening had a much more physical fight between Mark and Marissa Bishop, with things getting so heated that Mark would eventually jump on top of Marissa's car as she attempts to leave. Brad Jones (writer and star of the film) and Ryan Mitchelle (the director) revised that scene because they felt it made Mark too unlikable for the audience to get attached to. Jones also believed that the original fight made the plot twist of Mark being the killer too obvious.
