• Missing Episode: Wade Williams was protective of Rocketship X-M. This prevented the episode from seeing an official release for many years. However, Williams died in 2023, which increases the odds that this episode will see an official release after the rights get sorted out.
• You Look Familiar: Head writer and future host Mike Nelson has his onscreen debut (though he had previously voiced the Isaac Asimov Literary Doomsday Device in Women of the Prehistoric Planet) as Valeria. It's also the first (but certainly not the last) time he would appear in drag.
