Trivia / Musical Touken Ranbu Michi No Oku Hitotsu Wa Chisu

Go To

  • Milestone Celebration: During the second act of the March 21 performance, the characters commemorated Hachisuka Koutetsu's 100th stage appearance.
  • Stunt Double: Of the body double variant. During Mikazuki's physical flashback scene near the plays ending, an ensemble member is used to play Mikazuki in Shinken Hissatsu mode because of how difficult it would be to have Kuroba Mario change from his original outfit into his damaged outfit and back again in such a short time span. Notably, the scene is extremely dimly lit so that the audience can't tell that it's a different actor, and Mikazuki's dialogue is dubbed over.
  • The Other Darrin: Because of the acting laws surrounding children, Yahiko is portrayed by two different child actors who alternate between performances.
  • Word of God: According Kuroba Mario, Mikazuki's actor, and Kayano, the series' director, this play was meant to serve as a turning point and bridge to the next part of the series rather than be a conclusion story.
