• Actor Allusion: In the US, Young El Grosso/Ace is voiced by Brooklyn Beckham, son of David.
• Director's Cut: In the Argentinan Special Edition DVD, Capanella cut out 10 minutes of the movie for every scene that included filler or overlapping conversations (the scenes were also cut in the UK English dub).
• DVD Commentary: Director Juan Jose Campanella made an exclusive audio commentary for the Argentinan Special Edition DVD.
• No Export for You: The film was never released in Japan or Australia.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Some of the prototype designs for the characters were different from the final product. Amadeo, for example, was going to wear a pale yellow shirt and blue pants and has wavy hair, as opposed to wearing an orange patterned shirt with dark brown jeans and straight hair.
  • A TV series spin-off for Discovery Kids, Underdogs United, was announced in 2015 alongside an Animated Adaptation of Floricienta (which is currently in Development Hell) and an original series called Baby Rockers (later renamed to Mini Beat Power Rockers). The series would take place in an Alternate Continuity where the foosball protagonists would live in a sports-centered elseworld underneath their football table that is constantly being threatened by a Brilliant, but Lazy Diabolical Mastermind. Capi, Beto, and Loco would also be joined by a female foosball player and a goalie. A concept teaser for the series was released in 2016. Given the gap between the initial announcement and the series' release, the differences were inevitable; the most notable would be its animation, which would've retained the original film's CGI as opposed to the final series' Adobe Flash.
