** A TV series for Creator/DiscoveryKids was [[https://kidscreen.com/2015/10/06/discovery-kids-partners-on-three-new-animated-series/ announced in 2015]] alongside an AnimatedAdaptation of ''Series/{{Floricienta}}'' (which is currently in DevelopmentHell) and an original series called ''Baby Rockers'' (later renamed to ''Mini Beat Power Rockers''). The series would include three new characters alongside the original trio - two of whom are ''female'' foosball players, would take place in an hidden world where everyone and everything is made out of sports, and would have a recurring BigBad whom the heroes confront on a daily basis. While this concept wasn't ''completely'' discarded, being reworked as ''Underdogs United'' in 2022, the final series would instead be animated in MediaNotes/AdobeFlash as opposed to being animated in the original movie's CGI as shown in the promotional images and concept teaser.

** Some of the characters prototype designs were different from the final product. Amadeo, for example, was going to wear a pale yellow shirt and blue pants and has wavy hair, as opposed to wearing an orange patterned shirt with dark brown jeans and straight hair.
