• Spiritual Successor: The series is made by the same producer, director, and scriptwriter who made the 2015 series The Journey of Flower, so comparisons between the two are inevitable — especially since Xu Hai Qiao plays an important character in both (Xuan Lang in The Journey of Flower and Yuan Zhan in Lost Love in Times).
