Trivia / Los Pulentos

• Cult Classic: Because of the impact they made in the Turn of the Millennium, Los Pulentos are considered as this in Chile until today.
• Development Hell: In 2007, The Movie was announced to be made and a third season of the series. The movie was released, but there's no news of the season 3 until today.
• No Export for You: Because of the badly animated 3D models of Los Pulentos, a common and widely unanimous critic to the series even between Chilean animators, it wasn't exported outside Chile despite the influence and recognizement inside this country. Now it's actually subverted thanks to YouTube were all the episodes can be found there (The Movie included).
  • Obvious to say there's no translation to English either, not even as subtitles in the YT videos.
• Sequel Gap: The last two episodes of Season 2 (and the last episodes of the series in general) were made 2 years after the series ended as a kind of Grand Finale.
• Word of God: The creators of the series have explicitely based Nea and Ramon on real musicians Anita Tijoux and Joey Ramone respectively.
