• Based on a Dream: Boris' Imaginary Cake (technically a pie) is a recipe entirely of his own creation that came to him in a dream. He didn't remember the actual recipe from the dream, though. Only the flavour and appearance of the dish. Because of this, it took him three attemps to actually nail it down.
• Creator Backlash: Boris' opinion of The Shopping Rap.
  Boris: It was bad.
• The Merch: Boris sells official merchandise as well as other Slavic/Gopnik inspired attire under his WESLAV brand.
• Reclusive Artist: Not much is known about Boris outside of YouTube. While he has shared bits and pieces of his personal life (including his occupation, as he was a programmer for an unidentified Estonian company from October 2021 to November 16, 2022) and has appeared at VidCon London in 2019, his country of origin is unknown (although he's confirmed to have lived in both Russia and Estonia and he identifies as an Estonian) and he covers his face in every video he's in, in the interest of preserving his anonymity. Additionally, he has no social media as of November 10, 2022.
• Referenced by...: Ilya from Man at Arms is a big fan of Boris considering the entirety of their Tapanga Machete Video is filled with references to Boris' channel. Boris in turn, currently holds the top comment on the video.
  Boris: maybe next time make hammer and sickle instead also, why no cucumber on buterbrod? it is end of month blyat!
• Screwed by the Lawyers: Despite the free promotion, Adidas did not want Boris plugging the brand in his videos and threatened to take legal action. Because of this, Boris no longer appears in his iconic yellow Adidas jacket and instead will wear clothing from his own WESLAV line.
• Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: Boris deleted some of his older videos after receiving consistent negative comments about his accent.
  Boris: not really something I want to read every day.
