Boris is from Belarus
.In Life of Boris: Slav Superstar, Boris explains that after he was born in Chornobyl Reactor 4, he made his way to Belarus for some unspecified reason. Because the Reactor 4 bit is a joke, one can reasonably assume Belarus was where Boris was actually born. Moreover, there is a marked lack of Belarusian content on Boris' channels—it's probably the Slavic country that's mentioned the least. Given how private Boris wants to be about his "original" identity, that lack can be read as him trying to cover his tracks.Boris is from Ukraine
.Alternately, the Reactor 4 joke can be read as a nod to Boris being born in Ukraine. At the very least, the way Boris talks about Ukraine (e.g., its language, its job market) suggests it is one of the four Slavic countries Boris grew up in.- Partially confirmed in Boris's now-deleted "all is lost" video. He did indeed live in Ukraine, though he's not actually Ukrainian.
