  • Bad Export for You: The original South Korean release omitted "Bicycle Race" and "Let Me Entertain You". The latter was removed thanks to the line "we'll sing to you in Japanese," which veered too closely to violating the country's ban on Japanese cultural imports (following Imperial Japan's occupation of the Korean peninsula in the early 20th century). Both tracks would later be restored for a 1992 reissue.
  • Magnum Opus Dissonance: Brian May has gone on record multiple times to say that, in spite of it being Queen's arguably second-most popular song of all time, he's not particularly fond of "Don't Stop Me Now", as it serves to highlight Freddie Mercury's self-destructive lifestyle at the time of Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll.
  • Rarely Performed Song: Due to the relative commercial underperformance of this album, "Don't Stop Me Now" was permanently removed from the band's setlists in The '80s, having only been played live in 1979.
  • Referenced by...: The Doctor Who story "Mummy on the Orient Express" features a jazzy rendition of "Don't Stop Me Now" by Foxes, who cameos as a lounge singer.
