  • Breakthrough Hit: "Like the Weather", taken from this album, was the band's first Top 40 hit. The parent album was also the band's first to make the Billboard chart and their first to receive any kind of sales certification.
  • Bury Your Art: Later U.S. CD, cassette, and MiniDisc reissues omitted the band's cover of Cat Stevens' "Peace Train" after Stevens, by then having converted to Islam and changed his name to Yusuf Islam, made comments that were construed as supporting the Fatwah against Salman Rushdie in 1989. The cover was later released on the 2004 compilation Campfire Songs.
