• Non-Singing Voice: While Kesha voices Queen Bee-Lzebub and co-wrote the song "Cotton Candy", she doesn't sing it herself, rather it's sung by Rochelle Diamante.
• Out of Order: The episode aired nearly two years after it had been suddenly shelved — halfway through Season 2 despite nominally being Season 1's finale and part 2 of a shared story arc with "OZZIE'S" — due to currently unspecified legal reasons — see below.
• Screwed by the Lawyers: The episode was delayed until the middle of Season 2 for vaguely-defined "legal reasons". With the confirmation of Kesha's involvement as a Special Guest in the episode — and specifically that she co-wrote Beelzebub's song "Cotton Candy" but a Non-Singing Voice performed it in her stead — it's likely that her record label first disallowed her from performing it, but the production still risked drawing their ire due to her involvement in composing it, with the situation further made complicated by her being in the midst of suing said record label.
