• Schedule Slip: Chapters tended to come out weekly or even biweekly for a good long while. Then Graques went on vacation for a bit, and the rate slowed to once every few months.
• What Could Have Been: Sometimes the author will throw little ideas and tidbits about their plans in the reviews.
  • Originally, Graques wanted for Harry and Hagrid to say something to each other on their first meeting, but given the lack of the same connection from the books, they threw up their hands and moved their proper first meeting to during the first week of school as it's a better place after Lily passed along a positive recommendation.
  • There was a planning stage where Harry would only date Susan for year 4 and then break up. However, after seeing how well the two of them connected, the author decided that Harry wouldn't WANT that after all they went through together.
  • Rosa I was going to have a section about how Canadian Natives had magical blood when the settlers arrived and what their life is like. It ended up cut due to being pure worldbuilding rather than being relevant to the story.
