- Dummied Out:
- There's unused voice lines indicating that in single player you'd be able to ask your AI partner to follow you/hold position. In the PS2 game you have to swap between the characters to move them.
- Also in the files is an unseen animation of Keller getting up from his wheelchair and walking away, as well as a voice clip of him saying "Mein Führer, I can walk!".
- Model Dissonance: When playing solo in the PS2 version, both characters reuse Gordon's orange HEV suit arms for their view models. (These are mostly removed when playing split-screen outside of the Crowbar.)
- No Port For You: The game was only present on the PlayStation 2 port of Half-Life and never saw an official release on PC. Developer Patrick Deupree revealed Gearbox made a PC port, but were unable to release it "due to powers beyond our control." However, the modding community managed to port it to computers as a Game Mod with online multiplayer support.
- What Could Have Been: It has its own page.
