• He Also Did: The author has also written Little Ritsuka and her Loving Family.
• Outdated by Canon: During the beach omake, Jalter is mentioned as wearing a jet-black bikini with white frills. The third summer event for Grand Order reveals that her swimsuit is actually a red and black bikini with stockings, and as an event servant, she doesn’t have alternate swimsuits to wear.
• Schedule Slip: The author doesn't really have a set update schedule. For instance, the first 14 chapters are less than a month (and some even only a few days) apart ^note aside from the first 5 chapters which were released simultaneously while Chapter 34 and 35 are 5 months apart. Chapter 36, meanwhile, would end up being released on May 30, 2020 - about a year and a half after the previous chapter was published. Chapter 38, meanwhile, wasn't published until almost a year after Chapter 37, and Chapter 39 was published 10 months after Chapter 38.
• Shrug of God: When the author was asked if Shinji raped Sakura like in canon, he said since Shinji isn't relevant to the story ever since he disappeared, people can believe what they want, while he personally doesn't care.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Early on, the author couldn't decide if Galahad was just a Historical Gender Flip or is Mash assuming his identity. Ultimately, the former was used.
  • The author had ideas for even more Master/Servant pairs to join Shirou's harem, but decided there were too many characters to keep track of. The author will include omakes with them.
    • Ritsuka Fujimura would be Taiga's cousin and a first generation Magus who is largely ignorant of magic and gets dragged into the Grail War by chance. She would be goofy like Taiga and get a crush on Shirou while freeloading and teasing him. She would summon Okita Souji Alter as Alter Ego. Okita would try to act as a stoic Counter Guardian but eventually get caught up in the silliness, especially when she meets Nobunaga.
    • Ayaka Sajyou would be a poorly trained Magus with deceased parents who is desperately trying to catch up to her prodigy sister Manaka. She joins the Grail War to try to prove her worth as a Magus and bonds with Shirou over their poor success rate with spells. She would summon Katsushika Hokusai (and his daughter Oui) as Foreigner. Hokusai wouldn't really care about the war and is more interested in exploring the modern world.
    • Hakuno Kishinami would be one of Lord El-Melloi II's students at the Clocktower, whom he sends to Fuyuki to investigate why the Grail War suddenly started again. She would bond with both Shirou and Rin because they are helpful and do not want to cause unnecessary deaths. She would summon BB as Moon Cancer. BB would be a notorious fourth wall breaker who trolls everyone and remembers the events of the Fate/Extra games, so she would be happy to be reunited with Hakuno (even if it's an alternate version who doesn't know her) and also hang out with Shirou.
    • Jinako Carigiri would be a NEET who withdrew from the world after the deaths of her parents and would only be 18 instead of 29. Though not knowing anything about magic, she would find some spells in some occult books she ordered online and try them out of curiosity. She would summon Osakabe-hime as Watcher. Neither of them would be interested in fighting and would just hide in her room observing the others. The others would eventually discover them and Shirou would try to break her out of her shell and get her to join the rest of the world. Naturally, his efforts would get Jinako to fall in love with him, but she'll openly refer to him as a dating sim or eroge protagonist.
    • Rani VIII would be a homunculus working for the Atlas Institute who is sent to the Grail War because they fear it will cause a disaster. She would summon Xuanzang Sanzang as Saver. They would focus on trying to prevent a second catastrophe like the Fuyuki Fire. Rani VIII would be bisexual and fall in love with several people like Shirou, Sakura, Rin, Hakuno, and BB, but due to having no social skills from growing up in Atlas, would be very awkward. Xuanzang would become Rani VIII's mentor and try to help her interact with others.
    • Ophelia Phamrsolone would join the Grail War at her family's insistence to try to use the wish to evolve their bloodline's Mystic Eye. Like Angelica, she would be stoic and do all of her actions out of duty to her family. She would summon Amaterasu/Tamamo-no-Mae as Beast. Amaterasu would be more distant from humanity than regular Tamamo, but would still be desperate for a husband, so when she falls in love with Shirou, she'll be willing to overlook his harem just to be with him. Ophelia sees the future where she's a part of Shirou's harem (which appeals to her), so she attempts to know him to see if she could actually fall in love.
    • Reines El-Melloi Archisorte would join the Grail War partially to prove herself as an El-Melloi, and would force a reluctant Waver Velvet to come with her. She would use Waver's old Iskandar's mantle as a catalyst to try to summon Iskandar, but would instead summon Iskandar's Shadow/Hephaestion as Faker. Reines' sadistic nature would make her fascinated with Shirou, mostly because he sets off all of her 'bully him' senses. Hephaestion would mostly be interested in a good fight and dismiss Shirou as naive, but also find him strangely fascinating.
  • The author later changed their mind and decided the extra summons may appear in a post-war story. The list now goes:
    • Ayaka Sajyou summons Tamamo-no-Mae as Alter Ego,
    • Kiara Sessyoin summons Nero Claudius/Sodom's Beast as Beast,
    • Reines El-Melloi Archisorte summons Hephaestion/Iskandar's Shadow as Faker,
    • Ophelia Phamrsolone summons Altera as Foreigner,
    • Norma Goodfellow summons Nitocris Alter as Gatekeeper,
    • Hakuno Kishinami summons BB as Moon Cancer,
    • Ritsuka Fujimaru summons Katsushika Oui as Pretender,
    • Rani VIII summons Xuanzang Sanzang as Saver,
    • Olga Marie Animusphere summons V/V as Voyager,
    • and Jinako Carigiri summons Osakabehime as Watcher.
    • The author later added a couple of new girls while switching some Masters and Servant pairings and classes. The latest changes being: Erice Utsumi summons Himiko as Boxer, Haruri Borzak summons Hephaestion instead, Ritsuka summons Okita Souji (Alter) as Gatekeeper, Doris Lusendra summons Kijyo Koyo as Monster, Norma summons Katsushika Oui as Performer, and Reines instead summons Merlin (in the form of Prototype Merlin) as Pretender.
  • The author considered having Irisviel regularly summon Servants to keep her and Kiritsugu company. A main one would be EMIYA, who would provide commentary on Shirou and his harem. The author decided this would be too distracting.
