• Missing Trailer Scene: Some of the early trailers show at least two scenes that weren't included in the final cut and haven't been released to date. One would have been an extended sequence of Fraser mourning alone at his father's funeral, and another would have included footage of Fraser discussing Ray's injuries from the bomb blast with a doctor and having more dialogue with the former.
• Throw It In!: The end credits feature an unedited shot of Fraser and Diefenbaker walking through snow in the Yukon. When Paul Gross (who plays Fraser) steps into a deep hole and sinks into the snow, he falls backwards in defeat as the camera crew starts laughing.
