• Flip-Flop of God: Thomas Schnauz originally stated that the Time Skip at the end of the episode was set around 2007, based on discussions from the writers' room, but later admitted it could also be in 2005 based on indications given in the scene itself such as the expiry date on Saul's tax disc. His final word on the subject was that it didn't hugely matter, as what was important was that Jimmy had completely and irrevocably become Saul Goodman before the events of Breaking Bad take place.
• In Memoriam: The episode is dedicated to Julia Clark Downs, a real life Albuquerque attorney at law who served as a legal consultant to the series. She passed away in an accident on October 5, 2021, less than a year before the episode aired.
