• Actor-Shared Background: Poo is from Dalaam, which is in the EarthBound equivalent of Asia. His voice actor, PixelPrattleXP, is a British voice actress of South Asian descent.
• Cast the Runner-Up: PixelPrattleXP initially auditioned for Jeff before she was cast as Maxwell and eventually as the voice of Poo in his debut episode.
• Cross-Dressing Voices: The female MechaMichealis voices Giygas, who is male.
• Cross-Regional Voice Acting: angelarts utilized over forty voice actors who were located in different parts of the world. For the main characters alone, PixelPrattleXP (Poo) and MechaMichealis (Giygas) were based in the United Kingdom, LuckyJack020 (Ness), HylianOni (Jeff), and Hype VoiceActing (Pokey) were based in different parts of the United States, and Schaly (Paula) was based in Canada.
• Enforced Method Acting: In a video showcasing how Giygas' voice was created, MechaMichealis mentions that she was actually punched in the stomach during a kickboxing session the day before her recording session, so she used that pain when voicing Giygas' lines for the final boss.
• Descended Creator: angelarts himself voices Mr. Monotoli in the Christmas Episode.
• Fake American: Or Fake Eaglelandian, in that case. Schaly, a Canadian YouTuber and voice actress, voices Paula.
• The Other Darrin:

  • Snavillus voiced Poo in the first episode and in Part 18, but he was unable to voice him for his debut, so he was replaced by PixelPrattleXP.
• The Pete Best: TanukiChris and Snavillus voiced Jeff and Poo early on in the series, but they soon had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts. They were soon replaced by HylianOni and PixelPrattleXP, respectively, whose performances are much more remembered. HylianOni's performance was especially lauded by fans for being a fresh take on Jeff, whose previous fan-portrayals showed him as a stoic, Flat Character.
• Recast as a Regular: Originally, PixelPrattleXP was voicing Maxwell through pre-recorded dialogue. It wasn't until the Dalaam arc when she was finally cast as Poo for the live cast recording sessions.
• Reclusive Artist: Of the main cast, only LuckyJack020 and HypeVoiceActing continued being voice actors, while MechaMichealis and HylianOni quit voice acting and put their channels on different paths. PixelPrattleXP abandoned her YouTube channel sometime after the Let's Play was finished and moved to Tumblr, and Schaly has basically abandoned social media in 2015, and her whereabouts are unknown.
• Throw It In!: According to LuckyJack020 in the post-game finale, all the commentary done by the Chosen Four was improvised on the spot. PixelPrattleXP chimed in and said that the improv was the hardest thing for her to do for the project.
