• Deleted Scene: The following line of Angel's was cut due to length:
  I seem to remember trying with Faith once...I had her in a safe place, on the verge of facing herself and what she’d done. Then her watcher knocked me unconscious with a tire iron, took her away, and let her escape. Which gave her the opportunity to put a poison arrow in my back (stares at Wesley for a moment) Then I nearly killed Buffy. Not that one should ever learn from mistakes.
• Hey, It's That Place!: Club Hell is also featured in Bad Boys (1995).
• Looping Lines: During Wesley's torture scene, Eliza Dushku actually says "British Channel" which is incorrect.  It's been dubbed in post to "English Channel" which is correct.
• What Could Have Been:
  • The scenes with Faith and Lilah were intended to give off Les Yay vibes, however interviews suggest that Eliza Dushku and Stephanie Romanov played it up too much and had to tone it down.
  • In an amusing Double Subversion, the original plan for the final fight was to use artificial rain, but it was set aside due to cost. Then Mother Nature showed up and dropped several days worth of heavy rainfall on the Los Angeles area.
