Trivia: Alfred Hitchcock Presents
- Channel Hopscotch: From CBS (1955-60) to NBC (1960-62), then back to CBS (1962-64) and once again to NBC (1964-65).
- The revival series hopped from NBC (1985-86) to first-run syndication (1987-89).
- Directed by Cast Member: Surprisingly, only a handful of episodes were directed by the Master himself, usually only if they had actors he especially enjoyed working with ("Wet Saturday") or were stories close to him for one reason or another (the Rear Window Affectionate Parody "Mr. Blanchard's Secret").
- Missing Episode: "The Sorcerer's Apprentice"—which ends with a "slow" magician's assistant about to enthusiastically try out the sawing in half trick on the magician's wife—was deemed by the sponsors to be too gory, so it was skipped in the original run. The unedited version was however shown in its entirety in syndication.
