  • The Battleforge episode features a few in the form of message board users reacting to its cancellation.
acesofspades: From the first time I tried it out, it [felt] quite different from everything I played thus far... There is huge amount of effort and love placed within Battleforge. It shows... you guys at Phenomic created a next gen strategy game.
NIGHTWATCHER: Best game I have EVER play[ed] will go into the trash.
wAsD: ...been the funnest game [I]'ve played, like, ever.
ikke2902: This is too much for me. BF is going to retire. new C&C cancelled... Age of Empire Online is dead [as well]. All new [RTS] title[s] I have touched and liked died. I want to cry.
NIGHTWATCHER: Damn [I] feel like a person [I] know very well and are close [to] is going to die in a month...
smoth: ...I am not leaving [B]attleforge, it is leaving us.
  • In the episode on Puzzle Agent, Ross says that the game isn't for people who don't like Wallace and Gromit, Fargo, X-Files, and Twin Peaks. It then cuts to Ross, looking into the camera and saying, "You don't like Wallace and Gromit?" in a sad, dejected voice. It's not much, but just hearing Ross sound so down is a bit heartbreaking.
  • The comments on the Armed & Delirious videos are full of people saying that the game reminds them of older family members suffering from dementia: namely that it isn't fun or funny, makes you question your own sanity as they lose theirs, and in some cases leads to active hostility against the person engaging with them.
