- Katie being upset over moving can count, when you look over her "outburst".
- Danny's situation with Katie, where he feels trapped in a one-sided relationship with an unstable and potentially violent partner who has No Sense of Personal Space. Made even worse once he learns about her powers.
- Katie's parents are definitely a pair of woobies due to living with her and dealing with the brunt of her anger outbursts and attacks from her monster form. It's to the point where they act like Stepford Smilers in order to have any semblance of a normal life.
- Mitch's situation with Tiffany definitely counts. Imagine falling in love with a woman and about to get married, only to learn about her curse to turn into a violent and destructive monster the hard way at the WEDDING and then when the chaos is over, being forced to go along with the wedding or risk angering the cursed bride into rampaging all over again. The poor guy really can't catch a break.
- Katie's utter devastation once she learns how Danny really feels about her.
