After causing a scene at the royal ball, Flurry Heart gets into an argument with her parents. When Shining Armor tells her she is not acting like a princess, Flurry yells she doesn't want to be a princess before throwing her tiara on the ground. Realizing what she's done, Flurry runs off to her room crying.
Apple Family Memories
Apple Chip appears to take losing Granny Smith well, at least until he helps Flurry Heart, Spike, the Cake twins and Storm Streak try to cheer Annie Smith up. The bereavement hits him hard when he looks at old photographs of him with Granny Smith and his family. He then lashes out at Storm Streak and runs to his room while trying not to cry.
Dreams of Alicornication
After Cozy Glow's spell comes undone, her parents begin to vanish much to everyone's shock. They spend their last moments trying to reach out to Cozy before fading away.
Despite everything she's done, you can't help but feel sorry for Cozy Glow when she tells Flurry Heart about her past where she was left behind at an orphanage by her real parents and has no idea who or where they are.
Fillie Jean
Flurry Heart, Pumpkin Cake and Spike unsuccessfully trying to stop Night Shade from leaving Ponyville. Night Shade tells them he can't see them again because he isn't allowed to perform with royals. Pumpkin breaks down and cries, and Flurry calls him out on betraying them.
