The death of Kerubim. Even though he later returns reincarnated, it's still sad to think that the Kerubim who went on many adventures, was Indie's lifelong rival, loved Lou even after she left, and raised Joris is gone.
And the death of Atcham, and his last words to Joris.
Seeing the newly-reborn Kerubim (who's basically a kitten) looking about and mewling in distressed confusion as Atcham's body disappears, then wailing to the skies in obvious distress as if screaming for him to come back, does not make it any less tear-jerking.
Watching the remaining main heroes perish one by one in Heroic Sacrifices at the stadium as the Dofus drains their souls until only Joris is left, as each of them go out in an impressive way.
Julith comes extremely close to succeeding with her plan. But after she has a quiet moment with an almost resurrected Jahash, she decides to end it by repeating her husband's actions and smashes the Ivory Dofus into the Ebony Dofus. The last Joris sees of his parents are their souls moving on.
Really, the whole movie is this, compared to much of the series. Heck, the primary theme is about coping with loss. Loss of family, loss of love, loss of friends, home, status, pride, dignity, everything. Even hair. Loss drives the plot. Every member of the cast seems to be coping with loss, at one point or another. Frankly, it's a miracle that the movie even ended on an upbeat note.
