This show isn't a stranger to giving a Shout-Out to other media, especially Battle for Dream Island.

In general

Some of the characters originated from object shows that the crew members made at one point in time. Examples of this are Recycling Bin, Roe, and Blanket (all of whom came from F-L-R-N's show, Apex). Bone (recycled from Objects At War by Dom Erickson) also counts as this.
In her promotional icon, Popsicle Stick has a similar pose to that of Patrick Popsicle from the Object Towel series.

The Pilot

When Nine asks the crowd if they want to see his second tongue, Sock says "No! God please, no!"

When Oodle yells at the contestants, Glowstick strikes a pose similar to the "Cactuar" enemy from the Final Fantasy series.
The manner in which the members of Team 2 were introduced is reminiscent of The Brady Bunch intro.
Oodle saying "All kicking, shoving and horseplay is allowed..." references Inanimate Insanity when MePhone4 explains the challenge in "Breaking the Ice".
Sock's line of "First things first...There we go!" when knocking Bone off his team's ice block directly references Inanimate Insanity where Paintbrush said the same thing in "Breaking the Ice".
Shot Put's scream is taken from Patrick Star from the episode "Band Geeks"
At one point, Showery says "You know uh...one thing I should...excuse me for one second"

Orange and Yellow Food Dye reenact Match and Pencil's conjoined smile from Battle for Dream Island after the elimination.
The bugs from "Insectophobe's Nightmare" and its sequels of Battle for Dream Island show up at one point in the episode, with Jelly and Sock watching a couple of them.

When he is about to fly away from Team 2 Mountain to start the elimination, Oodle activates his Rocket Boots by saying "Go-go, Oodle rocket boots!".
At one point, Oodle does a Bob Ross Rib with the Doodleverse canvas/portal.

When Recycling Bin tells Mitten that Cinnamon Bun doesn't kindle joy before the elimination begins, he makes a similar face to Principal Skinner.
Too further reinforce her They Killed Kenny Again status, Chip Bag being covered in bubble wrap actually makes her sound more like Kenny himself.
