Revolver suggests to Playmaker and his allies that they should team up. However, Soulburner reacts with anger and challenges Revolver to a Duel! Fueled by his burning hatred, Soulburner launches a brutal attack with his Salamangreat monsters. However, Revolver then does something unexpected.

- Anti-Climax: Everyone anticipates that Revolver would put up a tough fight in his Duel against Soulburner... except when his turn comes, he surprisingly does absolutely nothing.
- Breather Episode: Along with the previous episode, this episode primarily focuses on building up tension for the battle against the rogue Ignis to come.
- Chekhov's Boomerang: The Tower of Hanoi, which was deactivated since Revolver's second loss to Playmaker, turns up again, though Revolver only intends to use it to locate the rogue Ignis.
- Exact Words: Revolver wastes no time admitting that he really intends to reactivate the Tower of Hanoi, located in the previous LINK VRAINS, though he claims that he only intends to use it to locate the whereabouts of the rogue Ignis.
- Race Against the Clock: While Playmaker's group and the Knights of Hanoi don't know about it, they only have a limited amount of time until Bohman will reach his completion and become more powerful than ever.
- Rage Breaking Point: Soulburner explodes when Revolver chooses to do absolutely nothing on his turn, and wastes no time attempting to finish him off in a single turn.
- Revenge Before Reason: Soulburner lets his animosity towards the Knights of Hanoi overcloud his better judgment, adamant on avenging the deaths of his parents by taking his rage out on Revolver. However, his hesitation to finish off Revolver in a single turn causes him to break down, abruptly ending the Duel.
- Sheathe Your Sword: Revolver does not do anything during his duel against Soulburner despite having the resources, leaving himself open for an LP wipe. Because of this, Soulburner hesitates and the Duel ends abruptly with no result.
