Ralph returns and takes over the cave, leaving meek Charlie to save the day.
Tropes:
- Awesome Moment of Crowning: At the end of the episode, the Bears reward Charlie's heroism by crowning him "king of the mountain" with the little plastic crown from their "King of Frost Mountain" game.
- Bait-and-Switch: Charlie finds a hair dryer, and declares he can get Ice Bear out of his icy prison with it. But since Charlie is Hopeless with Tech, it turns out he means to use it as a club to break through the ice.
- Berserk Button: When Ralph starts mocking the Bears and their flaws, Charlie decides he's had enough and works up the nerve to stand up to Ralph.
- Beware the Nice Ones: Charlie turns out to be pretty tough when he's pushed hard enough. However, he still saves Ralph's life, not wanting to stoop to his level.
- A Handful for an Eye: Charlie manages to best Ralph by blowing a handful of crushed Cheese Poofies into Ralph's eyes.
- Harmless Freezing: Ice Bear is frozen solid in the tub for possibly hours. He's resilient enough to the cold that he's more annoyed about being immobilized.
- Instant Ice: Just Add Cold!: The entire cave is covered in ice after Ralph turns the freezer full blast and leaving it open.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Ralph delivers an rather harsh one to the Bears (and especially Charlie) in the climax.Ralph: Did you really think you could double-cross me, Charles? I don't know what's lamer, that you'd choose these bears over me or that you thought you'd succeed. I don't know what I expected from such a weak, not-chill, noodle-y chump like you. But how can I blame you when you're hanging around with doofs like these? (to Grizzly) This guy, for example. You think he's so cool, but he's just a big fool! (to Ice Bear) Mr. Tough Guy here thinks he's all tough cause he's got some slick moves. Ha! He can't even get out of a little net! And come on, (to Panda) do I even need to say anything here? Yeah, I guess With Friends Like These..., I can't expect you to be anything but a dingle.
- Save the Villain: At the end of their fight, Charlie saves Ralph from being speared by a falling icicle.
- Strike Me Down: Charlie has Ralph at icicle-point, and Ralph glares at him and says "Do it!" Instead, Charlie just orders Ralph out of the Bears' cave.
