The nation of Zanzibar has been winning a number of events in the Winter Olympics despite hardly training. Jerry sends the spies to the Olympics, where they discover that the team's coach has developed metal bugs that implant into the athlete's bodies, giving them amazing talent, and is using them to make up for his own Olympic failures. When the spies try to stop him, Clover is captured and bugged. In the subplot, the girls fall in love with a classmate named David and fight for his affection.
This episode provides examples of:
- All for Nothing: The girls when discovered by the cheating coach, quickly try to escape him and his men by rushing in the stairs, only for them to be caught exhausted in the lobby by the coach who simply took the elevator without breaking a sweat.
- Bait-and-Switch Comment: When the girls are fighting over David:Clover: Alex, Sam, look at you two, competing over a guy... when he obviously likes me! (Sam and Alex Face Fault)
- Blackmail: The coach forces Clover to replace Mira in the ice skating competition by having his two husky dogs to carry Sam and Alex far away and threatening to leave them lost in the forest.
- Cheaters Never Prosper: Jerry tells this to the Coach after the spies exposed his cheating to the judges.
- Chekhov's Gun: Clover's allergy to daffodils, which later is used by Alex to get the former to sneeze the bugs used on her out from her body.
- Delicate and Sickly: Mira becomes this after unknowingly having a bug implanted on her for a long time, by shaking and sweating, while implied by the coach it could be fatal. Fortunately, Sam manages to save her life by making Mira sneeze the bug out of her body.
- Feud Episode: A three-way version between all three spies happens over David.
- Here We Go Again!: The girls do promise to stop fighting over David ... until Alex says this: "Besides, he was staring at my eyes."
- No Sympathy: The Coach when seeing Mira in pain from the bug he implanted on her, only remarks callously on it's almost sad to see his first guinea pig go. And later tries to replace her in the ice skating competition with Clover.
- Power at a Price: The coach's bugs implants knowledge which allows his athletes to win the Winter Olympics without any training, but after too much time inside their bodies, the bugs can cause lethal effects to the user's health.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Alex to the cheating coach after he carelessly dismissed Mira's life being in danger by his bugs.Alex: (regarding Mira) She's a human being!, you cheater!
- Temporary Bulk Change: After the cheating coach gives Clover an overdose of the bugs, she develops the muscles of a bodybuilder. It's humiliating for her since she's being forced to figure skate. Even the coach seemed apalled for the result.
