Pam puts up a New Year’s Resolution board in the office. Aware of Holly’s ultimatum to her boyfriend A.J. that he propose to her before the New Year or their relationship ends, Michael is ecstatic when he sees her come back to work ringless, but his joy turns out to be premature.
