During a trip to a Pacific island, The Mask encounters a tribe who worship him as a god - and plot to sacrifice him to their volcano after losing the mask during a spell the Witch Doctor put on him.
Tropes:
- A God I Am Not: Despite being worshipped The Mask does not care much about being worshipped along with the story about him being the Most Exalted Ancient One even getting bored at several points because of it.
- Big Brother Instinct: The Mask is not very happy that the tribe tried to sacrifice Stanley but due to his good-hearted nature and their begging he does save them in the end from a tsunami.
- Humble Hero: Despite his ego The Mask doesn't see himself as some god to be worshipped and in fact got bored of listening to members of the tribe going on all about it.
- Holiday Episode: The Mask along with his unmasked self Stanley and their dog Milo go on a vocation when they deal with a tribe that worships the mask and with a witch doctor who intends to get rid of them.
- Hidden Depths: The Mask despite being all wild and crazy does like having a good holiday and relax which shows just how laidback The Mask can be when he wants to do something relaxing for a while.
- Nice Guy: The Mask as usual is this considering he’s friendly to the tribe and he stops the witch doctor as well along with he also saves everyone from a tsunami as well.
